Meet Mrs. Marin
Marlen Grace was born in Chicago, IL but spent many summers in Citrus County. In 2012, she completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Tampa and earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked as a registered nurse caring for perioperative patients at Tampa General Hospital and pursued further surgical involvement at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) Hospital.
After attending UAB Marlen received a Master of Science in Nursing in 2017. She is Board Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners and specializes in Adult Gerontology Primary Care. She shared her knowledge as a preceptor to new nurses and served as an educational resource to fellow colleagues. She enjoyed teaching hospital staff methods to improve and ensure the best quality care possible for patients.
In her spare time, she and her husband Santiago love to explore outdoors with their dog Bruce Lee. They enjoy cooking and recreating dishes inspired from their travels. Marlen loves to Latin-ballroom dance, has trained in Muay Thai martial arts, and is an avid home coffee barista!
After five years in Alabama, Marlen is delighted to return home to Florida. Her vision to combine health and beauty for such a special population has become reality. She is pleased to join such a prestigious team of providers and deliver excellence in patient satisfaction.
